• Solid accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and comfort working with hotel or hospitality management systems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations, basic budgeting, and compliance practices relevant to Georgia and the hospitality sector.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance colleagues and operational teams.
• Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi with a consistent full-time schedule.
