- Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure in the Tashkent office;
- Ensure that all equipment, documents, and processes are properly organized and operational;
- Provide direct IT support to team members, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows;
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, upgrades, and disposal of IT assets in an efficient, cost-effective manner;
- Assist in refining and advancing the End-User Support Service.
требования
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities for working effectively within a team;
- Proficiency in IT-related tasks and an understanding of fundamental IT principles;
- Deep understanding of essential hardware, software, and networking concepts;
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving operating systems, hardware, and network issues;
- Familiarity with asset management and ITIL practices or other ITSM tools.
