IAM specialist in trading

• Manage access requests and permissions across company systems
• Conduct access reviews and analyze entitlements for excess or conflicts
• Support external audits by collecting and documenting access-related evidence
• Implement and maintain access management controls, including SoD matrix and Toxic Role Combination control
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement access management requirements in line with security and compliance standards
• Control and reduce redundancy in access rights provisioning

• At least 4 years of experience in information security, IT support, or IAM roles
• Understand RBAC/ABAC/SoD models, user provisioning, and access lifecycle processes
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and handling access-related requests
• Ability to analyze access data, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvements
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience with access management in AWS IAM, Okta, Atlassian, and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT
• Familiarity with access management controls for databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and Linux systems
• Basic scripting skills, such as Python, for automation or analysis tasks
