• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers;
• Own and evolve cloud and on-premise infrastructure with a focus on Kubernetes;
• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps initiatives;
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams;
• Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and security of production systems;
• Participate in architectural decisions and infrastructure planning;
• Lead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

• 7+ Years in DevOps Engineering and 2+ years in leading or mentoring DevOps/SRE teams;
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS and/or self-managed clusters);
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS;
• Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions;
• Strong expertise in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky Linux);
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitOps practices, and ArgoCD;
• Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management;
• Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure production environments;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Experience in high-load environments, previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-availability industries.
