• Set priorities, plan work, and support the growth of the team;
• Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and security;
• Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines for web, desktop, and mobile products;
• Design and maintain infrastructure across Kubernetes, IaC, cloud, and on-premise environments;
• Improve the reliability, performance, and security of services;
• Set up and evolve monitoring, logging, and alerting procedures;
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making;
• Analyze incidents, run RCAs, and turn lessons learned into improvements;
• Advise development teams on software deployment and day-to-day operations;
• Help define and improve DevOps standards and processes across the company.

• 5+ Years of relevant work experience;
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, including GitLab CI, Jenkins, or werf;
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm;
• Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack;
• Experience building monitoring and alerting systems, including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or Sentry;
• Good understanding of reliability, scalability, and security principles;
• Experience working closely with developers and business stakeholders;
• Nice to have: experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, understanding of FinOps, experience transforming infrastructure or scaling engineering teams.
