Xsolla is a global commerce company that provides tools and services for developers in the video game industry. It helps game companies fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games, operating as the merchant of record for more than 1,500 game developers worldwide.

• Manage, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of CI/CD engineers and version control administrators;
• Serve as the technical owner of Xsolla’s enterprise GitLab and GitHub environments;
• Ensure high availability, performance, access management, and regular maintenance of critical platforms;
• Support development teams with deployment processes;
• Troubleshoot failing builds, optimize pipeline performance, and guide developers in deploying code efficiently;
• Design, build, and maintain centralized CI/CD pipeline templates and automated workflows;
• Oversee GitLab Runners and GitHub Actions infrastructure;
• Scale and optimize build environments to eliminate queuing delays and reduce build times;
• Partner with the Information Security team to ensure version control access complies with PCI-DSS;
• Integrate SAST/DAST and dependency-checking tools into deployment pipelines.

• 5+ Years of experience focused on CI/CD automation, release engineering, or developer tooling;
• At least 2+ years of experience leading a technical team;
• Deep hands-on administrative experience with GitLab and GitHub;
• Experience managing large enterprise instances, enforcing branch protections, and configuring role-based access;
• Expert-level knowledge of GitLab CI and GitHub Actions;
• Ability to build modular, reusable pipelines and debug complex build failures;
• Strong customer-service mindset focused on developer experience;
• Strong understanding of Docker and containerized applications;
• Understanding of pipeline interactions with Kubernetes environments during deployment;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience migrating large codebases between GitLab and GitHub, scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go, passion for the video game industry.
