- 8+ Years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering;
- Proven experience owning production infrastructure as a Lead or Staff DevOps Engineer;
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS);
- Expertise in Terraform, Terragrunt, CI/CD, and GitOps (ArgoCD or similar);
- Experience with multi-region and multi-account AWS environments;
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, BetterStack, etc.);
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, Go, or TypeScript);
- Experience using AI tools to improve engineering workflows;
- Advanced+ English proficiency;
- Nice to have: Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance, experience building infrastructure for AI/LLM products, multi-tenant SaaS experience, PostgreSQL operations at scale, experience with Atlantis.
