Solution engineer in Salesforce

Andersen is hiring a Solution Engineer with German for a project developing Salesforce-based business solutions and delivering scalable applications, integrations, and workflow automation. The customer is a large organization with complex operations and a strong focus on technology, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

• Extending Salesforce platform functionality beyond standard capabilities.
• Designing and implementing custom applications and automation workflows.
• Developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Apex and Visualforce.
• Adapting and optimizing Salesforce for complex business processes.
• Troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues.
• Collaborating with multiple vendors in a shared delivery environment.
• Using modern development tools (VS Code, GitHub) for version control and deployment.

• Expertise in Salesforce platform development and customization for 2+ years.
• Proven ability to extend platform functionality beyond standard features.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• Skilled in designing custom applications and automation workflows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external and third-party systems.
• Ability to adapt solutions to complex business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on complex technical issues.
• Experience working in multi-vendor and collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with modern development tools (VS Code, GitHub, Salesforce CLI).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate or above.
