• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms to address client requirements
• Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

• Experience as MS Dynamics Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Experience working with Navision, Business Central, D365 products
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Finance processes design
• Experience with Logistics, Purchase, Production, Sales processes design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, ability to effectively communicate to different audiences
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)
