python developer for ML applications

• Design and build production-grade Python services for running and maintaining ML applications across RecSys, CV, Classic ML, and NLP domains;
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and batch inference workflows;
• Build internal tools and reusable modules for the ML team;
• Implement monitoring and observability for ML services using metrics, logs, and dashboards;
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines, including testing, packaging, and automation;
• Develop visualization and debugging tools for model outputs, including active learning and content analysis interfaces;
• Ensure that all components are reliable, testable, and easy to maintain.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Python Developer, Backend Engineer, or Data Engineer;
• Strong Python skills, including asyncio, FastAPI, pydantic, typing, and modular architecture;
• Experience designing and deploying production systems with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD;
• Familiarity with ML workflows, including how models are served, retrained, and monitored;
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating with various data sources;
• Knowledge of metrics, logging, and observability best practices, including Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki;
• Strong understanding of testing, clean code, and maintainable software design;
• Nice to have: experience working with machine learning teams or MLOps pipelines, experience with distributed systems or high-load backend services.
