• Support a Django application, CMS, backend services, PostgreSQL database, and GCP infrastructure
• Review logs to diagnose issues and resolve post-launch bugs
• Monitor application performance, response times, and error rates
• Tune PostgreSQL queries, manage indexes, and perform database maintenance
• Manage backups and apply schema changes
• Update the Django application in response to integrated technologies such as Unity and Kaltura

• 4+ Years of commercial Python experience with production-grade backend systems
• Deep knowledge of Django and DRF, including REST API design, authentication, serialization, pagination, and custom middleware
• Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, transactions, ORM, and raw SQL
• GCP experience with Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, logging, monitoring, and basic CI/CD
• Incident response and RCA experience; ability to work independently
• Proven support and SLA experience
• English at B2 level or higher
