• Monitor the automated fraud system and review suspicious users
• Handle, review, and represent chargebacks
• Provide customer support for payment- and fraud-related issues
• Assist the Finance and Risk Department
• Work rotating 24/7 shifts

• At least 2 years of experience in a fraud-related role or a similar position
• Fluency in English
