• Design and implement scalable multi-agent systems for complex, partially autonomous decision-making and execution processes;
• Develop structured state machines, planning mechanisms, and tool orchestrations for controlled autonomy;
• Define metrics and testing procedures to measure the stability, goal achievement, and error rates of agentic systems;
• Develop security mechanisms, rollback strategies, and checkpoints to limit unintended system decisions;
• Transfer agentic architectures into scalable cloud or container environments and integrate them into existing system landscapes.

• At least 3 years of experience developing complex AI systems with production responsibility in an enterprise context;
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a comparable technical field;
• Understanding of agentic architecture patterns, decision logic, orchestration concepts, and fundamental reinforcement learning principles;
• Confident experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable orchestration tools, as well as cloud and API integrations;
• Systemic and experimental approach with a clear focus on the controllability and stability of autonomous systems;
• Deep AI expertise and the ability to actively shape its responsible use within the area of responsibility;
• Ability to act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso;
• Confident, precise, and professional communication in German and English.
