• Design and implement AI workflows combining models, enterprise data, tools, and business logic;
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering strategies, including testing and optimization;
• Implement orchestration layers for multi-step reasoning, decisioning, and action execution;
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems, APIs, and user interfaces;
• Apply guardrails to ensure explainable, safe, and compliant AI behavior;
• Build and maintain production-grade AI deployment pipelines for reliability and scalability;
• Implement observability for AI systems, focusing on usage, performance, and drift monitoring;
• Ensure operational excellence through versioning, rollback, release management, and cost efficiency;
• Collaborate with data scientists, actuaries, and business stakeholders to validate model outputs.

• 5+ Years of experience in software engineering focused on AI engineering or similar roles;
• Strong foundation in designing and deploying AI workflows in production environments;
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and orchestration tools;
• Proficiency in orchestrating multi-step workflows and integrating AI with enterprise services;
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices for AI/ML systems;
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages and experience with AI-related libraries;
• Understanding of cloud environments and cost optimization strategies;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork;
• Fluent English.
