A global energy company with over 6,000 employees operating in 20 countries serves more than 10 million households. The organization develops production-grade NLP and conversational AI solutions, including RAG-based knowledge systems and agentic voicebot products.

• Build and evolve RAG pipelines including retrieval, chunking, embeddings, and vector databases;
• Design agentic systems and conversational workflows using LangGraph;
• Fine-tune models and develop custom classifiers;
• Build evaluation pipelines for metrics, benchmarking, and quality assessment of language models;
• Monitor production models including drift detection and log analysis;
• Perform prompt engineering alongside business experts to translate requirements into AI solutions;
• Mentor junior engineers and shape technical standards.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field;
• 3+ Years of experience in Data Science, ML, or AI Engineering;
• Strong Python skills and solid ML/NLP fundamentals including model training, statistical analysis, and evaluation methods;
• Hands-on experience with the modern LLM ecosystem: PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, and LangGraph;
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks;
• Cloud experience, ideally with Azure;
• Fluent German (C1 minimum);
• Very good English;
• Nice to have: Voicebot or conversational AI experience.
