• Develop, maintain, and improve production-grade machine learning and data science solutions;
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support product, business, and technical decision-making;
• Design, build, and optimize scalable AI solutions within a modern software engineering environment;
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners in Agile, cross-functional teams;
• Contribute to implementing Generative AI capabilities in existing products while ensuring quality, governance, and scalability;
• Develop AI solutions involving Large Language Models, agentic AI, API integrations, and intelligent workflows;
• Design and improve evaluation methodologies for AI systems, including prompt evaluation, model validation, and monitoring of model behavior;
• Help deliver secure, maintainable, and production-ready AI solutions that scale effectively.

• Extensive experience as a Data Scientist and/or Machine Learning Engineer in production environments;
• Strong Python development skills and experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code;
• Proven experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance;
• Experience with Git, version control, and modern CI/CD practices;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into product and business improvements;
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional development teams;
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agentic AI concepts;
• Experience with API integrations and modern software architectures;
• Familiarity with AI evaluation and monitoring techniques, including prompt evaluation, model validation, hallucination detection, and model drift monitoring;
• Nice to have: Experience with GraphQL, OAuth, Keycloak, or similar authentication and integration technologies, GitHub Actions and automated CI/CD workflows, production observability and monitoring of AI platforms, affinity with AI strategy, innovation, and building scalable AI products.
