• Architect, design, develop, and deploy AI solutions and systems in production environments;
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions for Customer Support;
• Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and pipelines for data processing, model training, and serving;
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models;
• Collect, preprocess, and clean large text datasets for model training and evaluation;
• Apply software development principles, best practices, version control, CI/CD, and unit testing;
• Integrate machine learning solutions into software applications and platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or an engineering-related field;
• 8+ Years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer building and deploying scalable machine learning or AI solutions and data-driven systems;
• Experience building AI products such as chatbot assistants and RAG systems;
• Strong software development engineering skills for large-scale production environments;
• Experience with data version control, model serving, continuous monitoring, and alerting;
• Experience building and deploying ML models using AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Expert Python skills;
• Experience with machine learning workflow orchestration, algorithm optimization, feature engineering pipelines, data ingestion, and transformation;
• Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, Docker containers, and Git;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English;
• Nice to have: MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, and Langfuse.
