Junior Remote Support Specialist for banking products

JSC Bank of Georgia is a leading bank that uses in-house development to address modern technological challenges, implement innovations, and adopt contemporary methodologies.

• Provide first-line 24/7 remote and telephone IT support for companies within the JSC Bank of Georgia Group;
• Register, monitor, and close support requests and incidents after their resolution;
• Escalate requests, incidents, and banking products such as deposits and loans to the next level within and outside the IT department;
• Accurately identify critical or global problems and defects;
• Monitor the bank’s IT systems 24/7.

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, mathematics, or information technology;
• Have basic SQL knowledge;
• Understand Microsoft Windows Platforms and Microsoft Office Applications;
• Understand Ethernet-based LAN principles and standards and TCP/IP protocols;
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server;
• Have basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, peripheral devices, network equipment, and telephony principles including VOIP;
• Demonstrate strong communication, friendliness, confidentiality, initiative, creative and technical thinking, quick logical and analytical thinking, professional ethics, responsibility, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience working with Oracle databases, experience in IT service.

• 24/7 Work includes night work under Georgian labor legislation;
