задачи
- Develop and maintain high-quality backend systems and microservices with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability;
- Design and implement cloud-native and event-driven solutions using modern backend technologies;
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate development and improve code quality;
- Create and refine prompts and workflows to support AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, and documentation;
- Conduct thorough code reviews using both expert knowledge and AI-driven analysis;
- Promote best practices for AI-assisted development, including validation, testing, and secure code usage;
- Collaborate with R&D teams to improve SDLC processes and integrate AI into daily workflows;
- Work closely with Front-End and QA teams to advance Agile practices and deliver high-quality solutions;
- Resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems.
требования
- Higher education in Computer Science or a related field;
- Over 3 years of experience in a Backend Developer or similar role;
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot;
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude);
- Practical knowledge of prompt engineering for software development;
- Ability to conduct detailed code reviews focusing on build quality, performance, and security;
- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, reactive programming, and event-driven systems;
- Must have authorization to work full-time in Poland without visa sponsorship;
- Nice to have: PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, cloud environments.
