• Design, build, and implement custom applications for clients across Finance, Telecommunication, Products, and Resources industries using Java 17+ and Spring Boot;
• Contribute to designing and building microservices-based architectures hosted in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure;
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure high software quality, seamless delivery pipelines, and stable production operations;
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working;
• Contribute to product development and its roadmap;
• Propose new technologies and improvements to existing functionalities;
• Share knowledge and mentor less experienced developers, especially at Senior level.

• At least 4 years of commercial experience with JVM languages such as Java or Kotlin;
• Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Hibernate;
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, JMockit, or Cucumber;
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs;
• Understanding of CI/CD processes;
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitCI, Maven, Nexus, SonarQube, and Git;
• Ability to work with Docker and basic familiarity with Kubernetes;
• Fluent Polish and English;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience using AI in SDLC with tools such as GH Copilot or Claude Code, working knowledge of distributed systems architecture and Apache Kafka, deeper experience designing microservices architectures in multi-cloud environments with AWS, GCP, or Azure, hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or the ELK Stack.
