The company develops strategic trading and risk management platforms for high-volume financial markets. Its real-time platform processes large volumes of market and transaction data and provides low-latency analytics and actionable risk insights to business users.
задачи
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java;
- Build and enhance event-driven and real-time streaming solutions with Apache Kafka;
- Develop robust REST APIs to support critical business workflows;
- Contribute to the delivery of cloud-native applications hosted on GCP;
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following TDD principles;
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineering teams across global locations;
- Support platform modernization efforts, scalability improvements, and performance optimization initiatives;
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing activities, and production support;
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges and production issues;
- Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
требования
- Strong commercial experience with Core Java development;
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams;
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs;
- Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development and automated testing;
- Experience working with MongoDB;
- Experience developing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Understanding of distributed systems, software design patterns, and scalable architectures;
- Ability to solve complex technical problems;
- Experience working in Agile, globally distributed teams;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Nice to have: Scala, Spring Boot, Micronaut, Spring WebFlux, Terraform, Docker, GKE, Cloud Run, Jenkins, TeamCity, real-time high-throughput systems, capital markets, trading systems, risk management, or market data platforms.
