The company develops strategic trading and risk management platforms for high-volume financial markets. Its real-time platform processes large volumes of market and transaction data and provides low-latency analytics and actionable risk insights to business users.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java;
• Build and enhance event-driven and real-time streaming solutions with Apache Kafka;
• Develop robust REST APIs to support critical business workflows;
• Contribute to the delivery of cloud-native applications hosted on GCP;
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following TDD principles;
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineering teams across global locations;
• Support platform modernization efforts, scalability improvements, and performance optimization initiatives;
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing activities, and production support;
• Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges and production issues;
• Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

• Strong commercial experience with Core Java development;
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams;
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs;
• Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development and automated testing;
• Experience working with MongoDB;
• Experience developing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Understanding of distributed systems, software design patterns, and scalable architectures;
• Ability to solve complex technical problems;
• Experience working in Agile, globally distributed teams;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: Scala, Spring Boot, Micronaut, Spring WebFlux, Terraform, Docker, GKE, Cloud Run, Jenkins, TeamCity, real-time high-throughput systems, capital markets, trading systems, risk management, or market data platforms.
