Comarch is a global software house and system integrator delivering advanced IT solutions for the banking, financial, and insurance sectors. The company develops new-generation cloud products, focusing on modern credit processing systems and commercial enterprise software.

• Co-create the R&D product by actively participating in the development of an innovative cloud product for credit processes within the Research & Development department using the latest technology stack;
• Design microservices by taking an active part in designing and architecting advanced solutions in a microservice environment;
• Work with AI by utilizing advanced tools and AI agents supporting daily programming processes and automating code generation;
• Apply agile methodology by executing backend tasks in a Scrum team using agile software development methodology;
• Maintain standards by participating in project meetings, code reviews, and ensuring the highest quality, performance, and cleanliness of code.

• Good knowledge of Java and experience with the Spring framework;
• Openness to the latest technology stack;
• English at a minimum B2 level;
• Ability to work in a team, resourcefulness, and a strong focus on active problem-solving;
• Nice to have: Experience in software development in a microservice architecture, knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), knowledge of systems and tools such as Apache Kafka, ElasticSearch, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus, knowledge of relational databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL).
