• Implement software components according to design specifications;
• Perform system integration, testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution;
• Perform unit testing of software components;
• Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines;
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with project stakeholders;
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps;
• Participate in triage activities including incident analysis and prioritization;
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes.

• 6+ Years of experience in Java development;
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus;
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containers like Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL;
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging systems like Kafka or ActiveMQ;
• Good understanding of testing principles;
• English language skills for confident communication;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: Experience in Angular front-end development, German or Swiss German language skills.
