• Design, build, and operate cloud-native microservices for the financial services platform;
• Develop scalable and resilient backend systems using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot;
• Take end-to-end responsibility for features from technical design through implementation and testing to production;
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code practices using modern DevOps tools;
• Mentor engineers and ensure quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.

• Several years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend systems;
• Deep expertise in Java and/or Kotlin and frameworks like Spring Boot;
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and Kubernetes-based environments;
• Good understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, and design patterns;
• Experience with databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
