• Design and develop monolithic applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework;
• Implement complex authentication and authorization schemes using Spring Security (OAuth2, JWT, SSO);
• Manage controllers, filters, interceptors, and error handling with Spring MVC;
• Apply deep knowledge of ORM, entity lifecycle, N+1, batching, and 2nd-level cache via Spring Data JPA and Hibernate;
• Design modular monoliths using package-by-feature and bounded contexts;
• Apply SOLID, DRY, KISS, and design patterns;
• Separate layers into controller, service, domain, and persistence;
• Design schemas, indexes, and complex transactions;
• Optimize heavy queries and batch operations;
• Utilize Redis for data caching, sessions, and synchronization;
• Develop and support REST API for external and internal systems;
• Work with synchronous integrations and asynchronous tasks;
• Manage database schema using Liquibase;
• Ensure backward compatibility of changes and support API versioning;
• Architect monolith testing including unit, integration, and e2e tests;
• Support high coverage and stability of regression tests;
• Utilize Maven, Gitlab, and CI/CD;
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews;
• Manage technical debt, plan refactoring, and explain business value.

• Higher technical education;
• 5+ Years of commercial experience in Java development;
• Experience in supporting and developing large monolithic production systems;
• Willingness to take responsibility for architectural and technical decisions within the monolith;
• Deep understanding of Java 17+, JVM, memory, GC, threads, and profiling;
• Excellent knowledge of Java Core, collections, multithreading, and streams;
• Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting in long-running applications;
• Deep knowledge of relational databases;
• Understanding of HTTP, CORS, and WebSockets.
