The company provides specialized software development services, focusing on complex financial systems and data engineering solutions. The Investment Guidelines Compliance (IGC) team works on strategic initiatives to modernize legacy compliance workflows by replacing manual, Excel-based processes with robust, well-architected data layers and automated rules engines.

• Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy data structures and compliance rule logic;
• Design and implement a clean Java data layer to formalize and expose legacy compliance data;
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and the broader team;
• Work with the IGC team to understand compliance requirements and validate outputs;
• Contribute to the longer-term migration of rules into the target rules engine.

• 6+ Years of hands-on Java development experience;
• Strong background in data architecture and data modeling;
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, Snowflake, or similar);
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Nice to have: experience with investment guidelines compliance or the Fixed Income domain, familiarity with Azure cloud services, prior work on legacy system migrations or data formalization projects.
