• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, components, and backend services;
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define scalable software architecture and engineering best practices;
• Build high-performance, low-latency solutions focused on reliability and scalability;
• Work with QA Engineers to ensure software quality through testing, validation, and continuous improvement;
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making;
• Deliver new features according to product requirements, project roadmaps, and development timelines;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Client-Side Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Database Administrators throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of professional experience as a Java Developer;
• Strong knowledge of Java SE and object-oriented programming principles;
• Solid experience with unit testing and software quality practices;
• Experience with multi-threading, including Executors and Locks;
• Good understanding of the Java Collections Framework and its performance characteristics;
• Experience with Spring Web and Spring IoC;
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and socket programming;
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases;
• Experience building scalable, high-performance, and low-latency applications;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Russian language proficiency;
• English at B1 level or higher;
• Active use of AI tools as part of the daily software development workflow;
• Nice to have: experience with Netty, Quarkus, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf).
