• Lead the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical applications using Java, Spring Boot, and JEE technologies;
• Implement and manage microservices to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability using Service Discovery, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, and CQRS;
• Design and build secure, robust, and well-documented REST/gRPC APIs;
• Manage synchronous and asynchronous event-driven inter-service communication;
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Jenkins;
• Architect and implement solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and system design;
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standards;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across system components;
• Support distributed microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.

• 7+ Years of professional software development experience, primarily in Java/JEE;
• Expert proficiency with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Data;
• Experience designing and building microservices and highly distributed systems;
• Understanding of message brokers, message ordering, and idempotency;
• Practical experience with the Saga pattern and eventual consistency across microservices;
• Understanding of CQRS and management of eventual consistency;
• Ability to choose and implement orchestration or choreography strategies;
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL;
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra;
• Strong experience designing, documenting, and implementing RESTful APIs;
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins;
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jira, and Confluence;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team;
• Demonstrated experience driving projects from zero to production.
