• Design, develop, and implement back-end services, front-end modifications, and APIs for the International Processing Engine (IPE) application;
• Lead code reviews, facilitate technical discussions, and mentor team members;
• Create and maintain automated tests to ensure codebase quality and reliability;
• Implement secure coding standards, manage authentication and authorization flows, and ensure regulatory compliance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues;
• Utilize development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, and test automation frameworks;
• Manage version control using Git or Perforce;
• Participate in project management activities using JIRA and Confluence.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java development with a focus on service-oriented or microservices architecture;
• Hands-on experience with front-end development using modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js;
• Strong background in Spring Boot and core Java;
• Proficiency in designing and integrating RESTful APIs;
• Experience working with large relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL;
• Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms;
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder liaison;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with DevOps practices including containerization, deployment pipelines, and automation tools.
