• Design and build cloud-native web applications end to end from React or Angular front ends through APIs, services, and integrations to fast-paced AI prototypes and production platforms;
• Apply AI-driven development practices such as Spec-Driven Development and Agentic Swarm Coding in real client projects;
• Work hands-on with modern AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and emerging agentic tooling;
• Contribute to redefining software development ways of working instead of just following existing ones;
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams from design to production.

• Strong full-stack engineering background with React or Angular on the front end and Java or .NET on the back end preferred;
• Solid experience building responsive web front ends and the cloud-native APIs, services, and integrations behind them including REST and GraphQL;
• Practical understanding of how AI can improve software development workflows through implementation or experimentation;
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new development paradigms;
• Strong communication skills in English.
