• Design IT solutions based on user requirements and architectural recommendations and standards;
• Oversee assigned systems and applications, controlling modifications and their consistency with the overall solution architecture;
• Analyze and consult on the architecture and technical designs of new and modified IT systems;
• Provide substantive supervision over design work;
• Create software and software components and test IT systems;
• Ensure the quality of produced software in line with applicable standards;
• Support problem-solving, analyze system operation, and recommend improvements;
• Prepare system documentation, including failure handling and recovery procedures, and user documentation;
• Maintain and monitor systems, including log management, metric tracking, and problem diagnosis;
• Ensure application and infrastructure security and compliance;
• Monitor system performance and availability and ensure reliability;
• Create and maintain data backups and restore systems in case of failure;
• Create scripts and tools to automate infrastructure configuration, deployment, and management to accelerate software delivery.

• Solid experience in the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud;
• Experience with Apache Kafka integrations and operations;
• Experience working with document databases such as MongoDB and relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL;
• Knowledge of BPMN or the Camunda platform;
• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD principles;
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift;
• Knowledge of Hibernate, Flyway/Liquibase, and SOAP/REST protocols;
• Knowledge of project build tools such as Gradle and Maven;
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
