Java Developer

Finture provides IT services and consulting, specializing in the development of POS and BackOffice solutions for the retail and sales sector. The company focuses on supporting sales operations, integrations, reporting, payments, and fiscalization processes for various clients.

• Design and develop efficient, scalable, and stable software;
• Participate in the design and implementation of new features;
• Support technical decision-making and select appropriate technologies and implementation approaches;
• Optimize software development processes;
• Analyze technical requirements and propose practical, maintainable solutions;
• Support integration design between POS, BackOffice, payment systems, fiscal devices, and external platforms;
• Take ownership of complex technical topics and support the team in solving architectural or implementation challenges;
• Cooperate with developers, analysts, testers, and product owners;
• Review code and support engineering practices within the team.

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in IT;
• Very good knowledge of Java;
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, and SQL;
• Good understanding of backend application design and system integration;
• Experience in designing stable, maintainable, and scalable solutions;
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clean technical solutions;
• Experience with relational databases and query optimization;
• Practical knowledge of Git-based version control;
• English at B2 level or higher;
• Ability to write, understand, review, and maintain code independently;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and responsibility for delivered solutions;
• Nice to have: Experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Architect, experience in making or supporting architectural decisions, experience with POS, retail, payments, fiscalization, or enterprise sales systems, experience with desktop applications or store environments, knowledge of multithreading, performance optimization, and offline-first systems, awareness of web technologies, experience with CI/CD, GitLab pipelines, automated testing, or deployment processes.
