Java Developer

• Develop a data sharing platform for clients and business partners;
• Expand existing APIs with new data domains;
• Implement push-based data delivery mechanisms;
• Co-create system architecture and develop new features;
• Support the maintenance of the production environment;
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and develop CI/CD processes;
• Ensure high code quality and platform security.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in backend software development;
• Very good knowledge of Java and/or Scala;
• Experience in designing and developing API-based products;
• Practical knowledge of event-driven architectures and message-based systems;
• Experience in securely sharing data with clients and external systems;
• Good knowledge of API security issues including authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection;
• Experience with automated tests and CI/CD processes;
• Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with integration or data-sharing platforms, Knowledge of push/pull API patterns and API versioning, Experience with B2B integrations and cloud-native solutions, Knowledge of AWS including EKS, Lambda, and MSK, Kafka, Kubernetes, Akka, Datadog, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, ArgoCD, Atlantis, Flink, or Python.
