The AI & Data team in Poland collaborates with technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Snowflake to provide comprehensive support from strategy definition to solution implementation and development across all aspects of Data & Analytics.

• Design, build, and operate scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using data from APIs, databases, event streams, and third-party systems;
• Develop and maintain orchestration workflows in Apache Airflow with monitoring, observability, retries, and alerting;
• Build and optimize data models in Snowflake and Databricks that power analytics, reporting, and AI applications;
• Improve data quality through validation, testing, monitoring, and lineage;
• Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes;
• Collaborate with analytics engineers, data scientists, product teams, and software engineers;
• Contribute to engineering standards including testing, Git workflows, CI/CD, documentation, and code reviews;
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.

• Strong SQL skills including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization;
• Experience with Python for data engineering and automation;
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse;
• Experience building pipelines using Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools;
• Experience operating production data systems with a focus on reliability and maintainability;
• Experience using Git and collaborative software engineering practices;
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-changing environments;
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders;
• Experience using AI coding assistants and ability to critically review generated code;
• Nice to have: Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, DBT, Kafka, Kinesis, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, building AI or ML data pipelines.
