The Credit Assessment and Decision Technology team delivers innovative credit risk management solutions to enable faster and more accurate lending decisions.

• Analyze solution designs and target architectures to break them down into concrete data pipelines, models, and interfaces;
• Build and operate data components across on-premise and cloud platforms;
• Contribute to data products as reusable assets with clear ownership, schema versioning, and governance;
• Design and implement data models, transformations, and consumption layers optimized for scalability and performance;
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to communicate trade-offs and project progress.

• Strong experience as a Data Engineer in enterprise environments;
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modeling principles;
• Proven experience working with both on-premise and cloud environments, including integration patterns;
• Understanding of data mesh principles and "data as a product" concepts;
• Experience in domain-oriented data teams;
• Ability to interpret architectural designs and translate them into implementation;
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms, experience with event-driven or messaging/streaming platforms like Kafka, familiarity with enterprise data governance practices and regulated environments.
