• Design and build data pipelines processing millions of transactions daily;
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows;
• Design data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures;
• Create scalable data models for BI, analytics, and machine learning;
• Own data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting;
• Optimize database performance, query efficiency, and infrastructure costs;
• Establish best practices for data modeling, governance, and pipeline development;
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams globally;
• Mentor junior data engineers and review architecture decisions.

• 3+ Years building and operating production data pipelines;
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Strong Python and advanced SQL skills;
• Solid experience with data modeling, schema design, and warehouse architecture;
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT orchestration;
• Experience with big data tools like Spark, Flink, or Kafka;
• Experience with at least one data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or ClickHouse;
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles;
• English communication skills for working with international teams;
• Nice to have: Lakehouse experience, distributed query engines, real-time/streaming architectures, data visualization platforms, infrastructure as code, data privacy compliance, ML feature stores, and knowledge of Java, Scala, or Go.
