Expert Machine Learning Engineer

At APTIV, we design, develop, and validate systems to improve safety and comfort in vehicles. This includes the development of innovative computer vision features and machine learning algorithms for exterior cameras. Examples of features are vehicle and pedestrian detection, lane detection, traffic sign and traffic light recognition.

Your background

-Transformers and vision transformers

-Convolutional neural networks

-Representation learning

-Self-supervised or semi-supervised learning

-Classical computer vision

-Large-scale model training

• Experience in development in Rust or C++
• Experience in development of production-grade AI solutions
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development.
• Familiarity with ADAS, autonomous driving, or automotive datasets.
• Understanding of classical computer vision and camera calibration
• Experience with large-scale training infrastructure.
• Familiarity with embedded or resource-constrained AI deployment.
