machine learning engineer

RT-RK develops software for embedded systems, digital television, Android, consumer and industrial IoT solutions, CI/CD platforms, and automotive infotainment systems. Its software powers millions of devices and systems worldwide. The company is launching AI projects and internal AI tooling, including local LLMs, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and semantic analysis of engineering data.

• Design, build, and ship machine learning solutions for embedded and real-time environments
• Take models through data preparation, training, optimization, integration, deployment, and monitoring
• Establish foundational MLOps infrastructure
• Tailor models for constrained targets through quantization and pruning, balancing accuracy, memory, and latency
• Work with teams across embedded, DTV, Android, IoT, automotive, and CI/CD domains
• Build RAG systems and multi-agent workflows to address bottlenecks in engineering work
• Define team needs, interview candidates, and establish engineering standards, tooling, and review practices
• Provide structured engineering mentorship and help develop interns
• Communicate with stakeholders about what AI can and cannot do for a product

• Experience shipping ML solutions to production and explaining work used by real users
• Hands-on experience with embedded and/or real-time systems, including memory and CPU budgets and debugging on target hardware
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Practical experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, and supporting MLOps tooling
• Ability to work without a fully defined roadmap and help determine priorities
• University degree in computer technology or computer science
• Very good knowledge of English (B2)
