задачи
Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for customer service, supply chain optimization, recommendation systems, and internal operations;
Develop agent architectures using machine learning models, natural language processing, knowledge representation, and reasoning techniques;
Integrate AI agents with existing JD.com systems and platforms;
Research and experiment with new AI paradigms and technologies;
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define agent requirements and deliver solutions;
Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed AI agents for accuracy, reliability, and scalability;
Contribute to internal AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
требования
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field;
3+ Years of experience designing and implementing AI agents or intelligent systems;
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++;
In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and NLP techniques;
Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or cognitive architectures;
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions;
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Nice to have: familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, MLOps practices.
