• Conceptualize, develop, deploy, and drive adoption of data science, ML, and GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across Operations and CX
• Apply statistical and ML methods to analyze diverse datasets, including data exploration and feature engineering, to derive insights for business decisions
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate quantitative findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and platform teams to deliver projects
• Design and implement AI-augmented development workflows using agentic coding tools and LLM-based code generation; establish best practices for reviewing and validating AI-generated output
• Articulate hypotheses, design and execute experiments and A/B tests, and evaluate and optimize algorithms
• Develop monitoring KPIs to track solution and model performance
• Define standards and processes for efficient data science development and drive continuous improvement

• 5+ Years of experience applying data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques to solve business problems
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science projects, from data preparation and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring
• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques
• Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark
• Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model governance, cloud platforms, and production deployment of analytical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; ability to translate complex analyses into business insights
• Experience using Git and collaborative development practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
