• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights;
• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models into production environments;
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support data processing and model training;
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality;
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations for stakeholders.

• Proven commercial experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role;
• Strong proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn);
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL and querying relational databases;
• Strong, practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Practical knowledge of designing, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning algorithms;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;
• Nice to have: Apache Spark, Hadoop, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ML model deployment, MLOps practices.
