As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll turn complex and often loosely defined business questions into clear, actionable insight. You'll use Python, SQL, statistical methods and appropriate machine-learning techniques to understand what's happening, why it's happening and what could happen next.

You'll combine analytical rigour with commercial judgement and strong stakeholder engagement, making sure analysis doesn't stop at an interesting finding. Your work will help people make better decisions, understand opportunities and risks, and take practical action.

This is a role for someone who enjoys creating clarity from ambiguity. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand the question behind the question, explore the data, develop robust analysis and communicate the «so what?» in a way that people can use.

We're looking for someone who's curious, commercially minded and highly analytical. You'll be equally comfortable working in Python and SQL, discussing an uncertain question with a senior stakeholder and stepping back to explain the «so what?» in clear, straightforward language.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity and analysis into decisions.
