• Own features end to end on systems that move money for millions of customers;
• Go deep on the banking domain, including payments and ledgers, to sharpen product development;
• Drive priorities within a cross-functional team and proactively unblock yourself;

• Ship incremental improvements and share findings with the team.

• Solid grasp of microservice architecture;
• Experience with relational databases, specifically Postgres;
• Experience operating in a modern cloud environment, ideally AWS and Kubernetes;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Event-driven systems with Kafka, experience in payments, ledgers, or other fintech domains.
