• Work on real-world projects and contribute to the development of products;

• Some C programming and debugging skills;
• Experience using Git for development and patch/branch management;
• Experience with GNU/Linux operating system (CLI) and shell scripting;
• Basic experience with building the Linux kernel and troubleshooting related issues;
• English B1 level or above;
• Self-starter who is hungry to learn;
• Final-year student or entry-level engineer with strong basics;
• Able to read and reason about C / systems code, reviewing and validating patches is central;
• Solid fundamentals in algorithms and data structures;
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants day-to-day, with basic prompting and the ability to spot when output is wrong;
• Nice to have: Broad awareness of the current AI-assisted development landscape, including different models for different tasks and common tooling.
