Design and develop the Core backend component and create user-friendly APIs with Doxygen descriptions
Refactor and isolate existing modules and eliminate technical debt
Prepare and review ADRs/RFCs, formulate architectural solutions within the team or service, and present them to the architectural board for discussion
Conduct code reviews and design reviews of game mechanics
Maintain high quality by writing unit and integration tests, implementing metrics, and profiling code
Plan and decompose subtasks, delegate them, and evaluate the results
Develop tools and scripts to automate internal development processes
требования
6+ Years of commercial development experience
Knowledge of C++ or willingness to transition to this programming language
Ability to participate in creating or reviewing architectural documentation (ADRs/RFCs)
Practical experience in software design, including SOLID, YAGNI/KISS/DRY, and design patterns
Knowledge of Service-Oriented and Action(Command)-based approaches
Networking and concurrency knowledge: TCP/HTTP, RPC (gRPC/protobuf), thread pools, and understanding of async/await
Observability experience with Prometheus/InfluxDB, Grafana, or equivalents
English at B1 or higher and Russian at B2 or higher
