Finom is a European tech startup that develops an all-in-one financial B2B solution integrating banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a mobile-first platform.

• Design and build new features for the Android application;
• Architect and implement solutions for multi-account cash flow management, banking transactions, payments, card issuance, and AI-powered accounting automation;
• Build responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose;
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and stability through automated testing and code reviews;
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, and Product teams to shape solutions end-to-end;
• Drive technical decisions and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices.

• 5+ Years of commercial Android development experience;
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin;
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture;
• Experience with presentation layer patterns like MVI, MVVM, and MVP;
• Hands-on experience with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Dagger 2, Hilt, Koin, Retrofit, Cicerone, Jetpack Navigation Component, and Jetpack Compose;
• Practical experience with Firebase (FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics);
• Experience with feature-module architecture in production;
• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI/CD;
• Clear and concise English communication skills;
• Nice to have: Background in fintech, mobile security best practices, UI performance profiling and optimization, experience with Android Profiler, Perfetto, or Baseline Profiles, published apps on Google Play, active GitHub profile, hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM tools, AI-powered IDE tools, and knowledge of AI security risks.
