Luxoft is developing a solution that generates investment insights from sales and research materials. The solution uses Agentic AI to reduce preparation time for client meetings and improve insight quality.

• Work with the business team, business analysts, and architects to understand new requirements and identify system changes;
• Collaborate daily with the development team, designers, copywriters, and other IT teams;
• Develop and present recommendations based on analysis of the current solution;
• Assist with design peer reviews, code peer reviews, functional enhancements, and unit testing;
• Identify areas for code refactoring;
• Review and contribute to development processes and procedures to continually improve development team activities;
• Offer solutions and designs for process, project, or program issues;
• Provide, defend, and confidently support recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Communicate with business and technical audiences;
• Produce design documents for client-facing and internal audiences;
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership and solve complex problems through technical innovation.

• 5+ Years of professional software development experience;
• Strong backend development experience with Python and a track record of clean, maintainable, testable production code;
• Experience designing and delivering production APIs, including versioning, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, and observability;
• Cloud experience, preferably with AWS, including eventing, queues, serverless, logging and monitoring, and secrets management;
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with ownership across the SDLC;
• Experience building agents;
• Experience with vector databases and RAG patterns, including indexing, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval;
• Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open source models, including prompt design, safety and guardrails, and cost/performance tuning;
• English at B2 Upper Intermediate level;
• Nice to have: experience with AgentCore, AWS Neptune, Amazon API Gateway, ML fundamentals relevant to content generation, frontend development with React and TypeScript, event-driven architectures.
