• Design, develop, deploy and maintain machine learning and deep learning models in production environments;
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable model deployment;
• Build and improve predictive systems across areas such as user behaviour modelling, recommendation systems, conversion prediction and customer retention;
• Conduct statistical analysis, experimentation and A/B testing to support business decisions;
• Investigate model performance, identify optimisation opportunities and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders;
• Evaluate new machine learning approaches and contribute to the evolution of modelling frameworks;
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members;
• Contribute to best practices across machine learning engineering, data science and software development.

• Strong academic foundation in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related quantitative field;
• Commercial experience developing machine learning solutions that support core products or services;
• Proven ability to deploy and manage machine learning models in production;
• Strong Python programming skills with a focus on clean, maintainable and well-tested code;
• Expertise with machine learning and data science libraries including pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn and PyTorch;
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
• Strong understanding of probability, statistical learning and optimisation techniques;
• Experience with both traditional machine learning and deep learning approaches;
• Knowledge of neural network architectures, feature embeddings and modern deep learning techniques;
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms and machine learning infrastructure, particularly AWS services, Exposure to distributed data processing technologies such as PySpark, Previous experience within digital advertising, marketing technology or high-volume predictive environments.
