• Deliver product features end-to-end;
• Understand, extend, and refactor existing Enji services;
• Participate in design sessions with PMs, BAs, and designers by challenging assumptions, proposing alternatives, and estimating implementation complexity;
• Prototype complex flows in Cursor / v0 before they become formal specifications;
• Address technical debt thoughtfully and with clear reasoning;
• Review pull requests from other developers, including junior and mid-level engineers.

• 3+ Years of commercial software development experience and 1+ year in AI engineering;
• Production experience with Python and FastAPI or Flask, including migrations, testing, and production deployments;
• Production experience with Vue 3, Composition API, TypeScript, reactivity, and component architecture; React experience alone does not satisfy this requirement;
• PostgreSQL experience with migrations, indexing, and basic query plan understanding;
• Ability to build and run a local stack independently with Docker / docker-compose;
• Git proficiency, including rebase workflow, atomic commits, and meaningful commit messages;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day development;
• English at B2-C1 level;
• Russian at C2 level;
• Nice to have: Quasar, message buses such as NATS / Kafka / RabbitMQ / Redis Streams, Clean Architecture or similar patterns such as DDD and Hexagonal Architecture, CASL or other authorization systems, background job processing with Celery / APScheduler / RQ or any scheduler, integrations with Slack API / Telegram Bot API / Google APIs / Jira / GitLab webhooks, LLM integrations, open-source contributions or well-structured pet projects.
