• Design digital products, platforms, and brand experiences;
• Translate strategic insights into user-friendly interfaces and interactions;
• Guide clients and project teams through complex digital challenges;
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Create and maintain design systems;
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, visual designers, motion designers, and copywriters;
• Validate design choices based on user needs and business objectives;
• Monitor quality and consistency throughout the design process;
• Research and apply new technologies, tools, and interaction forms;
• Inspire colleagues and contribute to the development of the design discipline within the organization.

• Several years of experience in UX and UI design, preferably within an agency or product environment;
• Ability to translate complex digital issues into intuitive user experiences;
• Strong skills at both strategic and detail levels;
• Experience with design systems, UX patterns, and modern design principles;
• Structured work approach and familiarity with methodologies like Design Thinking;
• Curiosity about innovative interaction forms and digital developments;
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate and enrich processes;
• Excellent command of tools such as Figma, Framer, and similar design software.

• Salary between €4 300 and €5 500 gross per month;
